Business Development Specialist

who can expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and drive revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Role Summary:

As a

Business Development Specialist

, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, onboarding partners, and ensuring consistent growth of the studio's bookings and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients, agencies, brands, and creators for studio bookings, shoots, and events Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and partner contacts Build and manage relationships with key clients and collaborators Create and present proposals, quotations, and pitch decks Attend networking events, exhibitions, or meetings to represent RA Studio Coordinate with the operations and marketing team to align on growth goals Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports on outreach, conversion, and revenue performance Suggest new revenue streams including partnerships, corporate bookings, and brand activations

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in cold-calling or pitching Good organizational and time-management abilities Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools Prior experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferred) Comfortable working in a creative and fast-paced environment Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field Interest or background in media, events, creative agencies, or production houses Familiarity with studio operations, booking platforms, or event coordination tools

Pay: ₹145,649.94 - ₹375,046.22 per year
