Responsibilities:



Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new business leads, including potential clients, architects, and builders.

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Project Management:

Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to ensure smooth project execution, including coordinating design, material selection, and installation.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Develop compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the firm's design services and expertise.

Financial Management:

Manage project budgets and track revenue generation to ensure profitability.

Collaboration with Design and Execution Teams:

Work closely with interior designers, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
