Business Development Specialist
to expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Generate leads through
cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and long-term business.
Prepare and deliver
sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches
.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in
Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in
MS Office & CRM tools
.
Experience in
E-commerce / IT / B2B sales
will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
