This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Gurugram. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information, and closing sales.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience , experience in skin care products will be advantageous Open to Travel Training skills to mentor and guide junior staff Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the local market of Gurugram is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
