Position Overview:
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving growth in the Buildings sector with a focus on Data Centers, Semiconductor facilities, and Advanced Manufacturing projects. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Data Centers, Semiconductor, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the business development cycle.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.
Ensure proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities.
Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and branding initiatives.
Track business development activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
