Job Description

A K International is seeking a confident, articulate, and customer?focused female sales professional to join our Delhi team. The role involves welcoming and hosting customers, showcasing audio?video product demos, managing public relations, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills



- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.

- Good Personality & Presentation: Pleasant demeanor, strong communication, and confident body language.

- Experience in Public Relations / Media / Event Hosting: Preference for candidates with a background in mass media, communications, or hospitality.

- Customer?Centric Mindset: Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Basic Technical Familiarity: Comfortable handling audio?video equipment and learning product specifications.

- Engineering Background: Preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a (link unavailable) or diploma in Electronics/IT will get a + point.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities



- Greet and Welcome Customers: Provide a warm, professional reception to walk?in and inbound customers.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of audio?video (AV) products, explaining features, benefits, and usage scenarios.

- Public Relations & Media Liaison: Act as the company's face in public events, media interactions, and promotional activities; leverage media contacts where applicable.

- Follow?up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow?up with prospects, address queries, and convert leads into sales.

- Team Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, data entry, coordination of marketing collaterals, and after?sales support.

- Reporting: Submit daily/weekly activity reports, pipeline status, and feedback on customer interactions.

Desired Experience



- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or public relations (fresh graduates with strong personality and internship experience may be considered).

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets or handling customer accounts.
