What you will do:

  • 60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails & webchats
  • Confident of communicating with clients from international clients (neutral accent].
  • Negotiation Skills, Planning and Time management skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers
Requirements
  • Candidate should have 0-6 month experience from customer service or sales industry
  • Graduate from any stream is must.
  • Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.
  • Excellent inter-personal/communication/analytical [written and verbal].
  • Should be flexible to work for late evening hours.
