BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH)



Experience in products like Crushers, Apron Feeders, Surface Miners, Material Handling Equipment. Responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding both domestic and international business Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Regularly analyse competition / competitor activities. Identify potential areas of improvements and business growth. Forecast Product / Geography specific business potential. Prepare accurate order / sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review Identify new markets and potential customers for spares and services. Develop strategic plans to expand the company's presence in both domestic & international markets. Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to generate leads and secure business opportunities. Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations / making company presentations to various clients. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction Manage the end-to-end sales process, from enquiry generation to preparing and submitting quotations based on site study and requirements and obtaining purchase orders from clients. Additionally manage and coordinate payment follow-up and collection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project execution, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure effective execution of strategies. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with customers or partners. * Stay updated with domestic / international trade regulations, compliance requirements, import/export laws, tariffs, etc.
