Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
Generate new leads through calls, social platforms, and networking activities.
Schedule and attend meetings (online/offline) with prospective clients.
Deliver clear and engaging presentations and product demos.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose the right solutions.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in calling and engaging new customers.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
Basic knowledge of IT/software/digital solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or solution-based sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation methods, and sales pipelines.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
