We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to drive growth in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven record in B2B sales within renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the market for solar modules and related solutions. Identify and establish new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sectors. Lead participation in government tenders and oversee contract negotiations and rate finalization. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Travel within the assigned market and work flexibly to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

B2B sales and marketing

, preferably in the

solar or renewable energy

industry. Strong understanding of solar products, systems, and the overall energy market. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and presentation

skills. Strong

analytical and problem-solving

abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
