Job Description

We are looking for a confident and skilled business development professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers to promote and onboard them onto the company's software platform. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to doctors in a clear and convincing manner. Conduct product demos and training sessions for new users. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals. Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets. Collect feedback from users and share insights with the product and marketing teams. Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM with activity logs. Represent the company professionally during field visits and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 0.5 -3 years of experience in field sales, healthcare sales, or software/IT sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages. Confident in meeting and convincing doctors and senior professionals. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for field visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
