Key Responsibilities



? Generate new business leads through online platforms including LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking.

? Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT services.

? Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

? Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

? Work closely with the marketing team for social media engagement, lead nurturing, and brand visibility.

? Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.

? Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track lead conversion performance.

? Participate in client meetings and conduct requirement gathering discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



? 2-3 years of experience in IT sales/business development.

? Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation & other platforms.

? Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

? Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable technical solutions.

? Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

? Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
