Job Description

Inbound + Outbound Lead Management

- Engage with leads from platforms like

IndiaMART

, and generate new leads through

cold outreach, reference networks, and partnerships

.

Franchisee Onboarding

- Qualify pharma professionals, explain the PCD business model, and handle first-level onboarding before handoff to closures team.

Market Expansion Strategy

- Help identify underpenetrated regions, potential partners, and

high-growth districts

to target for franchisee development.

CRM & Lead Pipeline Management

- Maintain structured and clean databases across

Google Sheets, Excel, and internal CRM

systems.

Relationship Building

- Build lasting trust with new franchisees, keep them warm, and ensure a

smooth transition from lead to live.


Sales Coordination

- Assist in preparing quotes, dispatch coordination, follow-up schedules, and maintain timely touchpoints with leads.

Reporting & Reviews

- Share regular

lead performance reports, activity trackers, and conversion updates

with the management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
