StreetMall is building a marketplace that helps local businesses, manufacturers, and brands sell online across India.
We're looking for a Business Development Senior Associate who can identify, approach, convince, and onboard vendors onto the StreetMall platform through direct field interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Visit and meet manufacturers, wholesalers, and small business owners
Explain how StreetMall works and why it's useful for their business
Convince vendors to onboard and start selling on the platform
Help with basic onboarding and coordination for product listing
Maintain good relationships and keep vendors active
Work towards clear onboarding.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in
B2B sales, field sales, or merchant onboarding
Good
communication skills
& Strong
negotiation skills
Willing to travel and work in the field
Self-motivated and target-focused
Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital platforms is a plus
Salary:
?15,000-?30,000/month + Performance based incentives + Travel Allowance
