Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the nature of business and product details
2. Focusing on product presentation
3. Focusing on leads and sales generation
4. Creating marketing pitches
5. Focusing on digital marketing and new vendor registration
6. Interacting with potential customers for demonstration and presentations
7. Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
8. Maintaining accurate records and updating databases in Google Sheets
9. Reviewing sales performance and aiming to achieve monthly targets

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue generated).

1. Internship completion on achieving the sales target of 3400 Rs (Silver Grade).
2. Excellence Certificate for achieving the sales target of 5000 rupees (Gold Grade).
3. Letter of recommendation on achieving the sales target of 7500 Rs (Brand Associate Grade).
4. Interns in sales and marketing can earn a 20% commission on any sale if their customers purchase through your referral/affiliate link to receive a 5% discount on their purchases through the Universal Tribes Shopping website.
