About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and onboard companies to partner with PAN Hires for their hiring needs.
2. Utilize cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and personal networks to generate leads.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring they understand the value of PAN Hires services.
4. Coordinate with the PAN Hires team to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
5. Consistently meet or exceed targets for onboarding new companies.
