About the work from home job/internship
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce recruitment services.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Understand client needs and requirements to tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
4. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
6. Track and report on client acquisition and onboarding metrics.
7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
8. Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and pitches to potential clients.
