Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development / Sales Officer
for our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division. The selected candidate will first undergo comprehensive product, sales, and industry training at our Nagpur office. Post-training, the candidate will be deployed to
Mumbai, Pune, or other client-based locations
to independently drive sales and expand our client base in the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities During Training (Nagpur)
Learn in detail about PEB products, technical specifications, and applications.
Understand the company's sales process, CRM, and documentation workflow.
Assist senior sales managers in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Participate in client meetings and site visits for practical exposure.
Post-Training (Mumbai / Pune / Client-Based Locations)
Business Development:
Identify, approach, and engage with potential clients including architects, consultants, contractors, and industrial customers.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Sales Execution:
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects to identify business opportunities.
Coordination:
Work closely with the design, engineering, and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers can apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of the construction or steel/PEB industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel frequently.
Willing to relocate as per client/project requirements after training.
