The Role: Your Mission



As the Business Development & Sales Manager, you will be the engine of Airkomm's growth. Your primary mission is to identify, prospect, and close new client accounts, generating significant revenue for the agency. You will leverage your deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem to articulate our value proposition and secure long-term partnerships with brands looking to elevate their digital presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Acquisition & Revenue Generation



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Proactively identify and qualify high-potential client leads (mid-to-large-sized businesses) that align with our service offerings, primarily through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and leveraging professional networks.

Sales Cycle Management:

Own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and contract closing.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the Strategy and Creative teams to craft compelling, customized, and strategic proposals that effectively showcase how our services will meet the prospective client's business objectives.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets as set by the leadership team.

Market Expertise & Strategy



Market Intelligence:

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs in the social and digital marketing space (e.g., performance media, influencer marketing, SEO, content strategy).

Value Articulation:

Clearly and persuasively communicate the value, ROI, and competitive advantage of partnering with our agency.

Qualifications & Experience



Experience:

4-5 years

of proven, successful experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar revenue-generating role,

specifically within a Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Advertising Agency.

Track Record:

A demonstrably strong history of consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales quotas and generating new business.

Domain Knowledge:

In-depth, practical knowledge of the core disciplines of digital marketing (e.g., social media advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, web development, analytics).

Communication Skills:

Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; the ability to confidently pitch to C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
