About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Working on growing your business and showcasing your center to new customers show them the benefits of flexible working
3. Working on proactive sales activities networking, attending conferences and events, and partnering with brokers to generate sales leads
4. Finding and closing deals - result-oriented performer
5. Building strong relationships and acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors providing a professional and friendly service
6. Being responsible for addressing customer queries or resolving arising issues

Requirements:

1. Experience in property leasing/sales role, preferably in real estate or coworking
2. Should be self-motivated and have strong sales skills which include the ability to
3. Should have good communication and convincing skills
4. Should be able to present the products and should be good at building relationships
5. Should be good in negotiations
6. Must demonstrate the ability to create new sales ideas, bring new leads, and do outbound calling to pitch clients
7. Must be experienced in developing sales reports and analytics
8. Must be open to working late hours if the business demands
9. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 500 per sale).
