About the internship
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive business development (sales) intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in converting potential leads into clients, effectively allocate tutors based on client needs, and recommend the best plans for students based on academic analysis. You will also manage follow-ups on tutoring sessions and prepare comprehensive reports.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Convert potential leads: Interact with prospective clients to identify their needs and effectively convert these leads into committed clients by employing persuasive communication and building strong, trusting relationships.
2. Tutor allocation: Assess client requirements and allocate suitable tutors to match their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
3. Plan recommendations: Analyze students\' academic performance and recommend the most effective tutoring plans to clients, tailored to each student\'s unique needs.
4. Session follow-ups and reporting: Monitor and follow up on tutoring sessions to ensure they meet client expectations. Prepare and present detailed reports on a weekly basis regarding session outcomes and client feedback.
5. Tutor payout reports: Compile and prepare weekly reports on tutor payouts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
