About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential channel partners including real estate agents, brokers, property consultants, and other relevant professionals
2. Conduct research and market analysis to identify suitable channel partners in the target market
3. Reach out to potential partners through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to establish and nurture relationships
4. Develop strong relationships with channel partners by providing them with information, support, and assistance in promoting our real estate projects
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide channel partners with marketing materials, brochures, and other resources to aid their promotional efforts
6. Organize and schedule site visits for potential customers referred to by channel partners
7. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visits and provide necessary information to potential buyers
8. Drive walk-ins at the site through targeted promotions, events, and collaborations with channel partners
