About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond and co-ordinate with all existing/potential customers having any questions or queries about the property and bookings
2. Handle all inquiries raised through calls as well as all of our digital channels such as social media, emails, and websites
3. Manage a bookings calendar with intricate details such as the total number of guests per day, accommodation allotments, availabilities, customers details, etc.
