About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Finding leads to pitch to.
2. Making changes in the presentations to present to potential clients.
3. Approaching the clients the company shares with you for a sales.
4. Attending meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions.
5. Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
6. Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
7. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
8. Updating documents and sales records.
9. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
10. Observing and carrying out sales processes.
11. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
12. Assisting managers with negotiations.
13. Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (xe2x82xb9 5000 per sale).
