About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Educate customers on our products and services
4. Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or manager Identify trends in customer inquiries and issues
5. Onboard and support advisors
6. Participate in training and development activities
