About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers.
2. Support field activities within the designated cluster, requiring quick mobility on two-wheelers for in-person customer interactions.
3. Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the system with new customer information and follow-ups.
4. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of the customer interaction process.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the application process, including addressing grievances post-launch.
