About the internship
The Career Club (TCC) formerly Germanportals, is dedicated to guiding students toward affordable, quality education opportunities in Germany and other European countries. We empower students in their career decisions and academic journey abroad.
We're seeking a motivated intern to join our team, focusing on business development and sales. This role is ideal for someone responsible, eager to learn, and looking to make a real impact in the field of education consultancy.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with prospective students and guide them through study abroad options.
2. Assist in sales and outreach campaigns, including lead generation and follow-ups.
3. Support business development activities, identifying new growth opportunities.
4. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data.
5. Work closely with senior team members on sales strategies and client relations.

Who can apply

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
4. Basic understanding of sales processes; prior sales experience is a plus.
5. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 5000 per performance incentive).
