About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting potential new clients through outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and email outreach
2. Conducting introductory product demonstrations to communicate the value of our expert identification tools
3. Managing the lead generation and overseeing the early stages of the sales cycle
4. Working towards achieving monthly sales targets and quotas
5. Establishing relationships with clients to understand their scientific engagement requirements
6. Maintaining organized records of sales activity and account details
7. Participating in industry events and meetings to network and generate new leads

Requirements:

1. Preferred 1+ years of sales experience, though new graduates will also be considered
2. Strong communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to create basic sales pitches and proposals
4. Possessing a hunter mentality and motivation to proactively develop new business
5. Demonstrating a diligent work ethic and the capability to work autonomously
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Proficiency with Excel, GSuite, and basic CRM tools

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 1500 per sale).
