About The Dining App

We enable mobile application-based self-ordering/self-dining and point of sale software (POS) for restaurants and hotels where customers are allowed to have freedom of 'group ordering', that allows multiple customers on a table to scan the same QR for digital ordering, 'verified orders', that lets your waiters verify the orders and place them into POS automatically and many more. Our M-POS enables restaurant staff to order for customers through our seamless interface.

We automated the backend order processing to suit any kind of arrangement based on your needs and perfected the in-room experience of customers with our universal QR scanning application. In a nutshell, our product features include fully digitized menus, real-time analytics, production management, one-tap digital payments, CRM, loyalty, rewards, inventory management, hassle-free online ordering, reservation management, and manpower management.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs
2. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
3. Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
4. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
5. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed
6. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news
7. Train the hotel and restaurant staff about the product and make sure that the customers and clients use our product efficiently
8. Record the feedback from clients and customers and forward the same to operations and development teams
9. Ensure that the catalogs for the clients are prepared accordingly fulfilling all the expectations and requirements
