OrangeShark is a Talent marketplace where the best talents and companies get matched. We are a new-generation talent marketplace with an aim to make the hiring ecosystem easier, shorter and seamless. Our platform matches companies, job seekers, and bounty hunters (freelance recruiters). Companies list their profiles on our platform and bounty hunters work on fulfilling this from their network of high-caliber talent. Bounty is paid only when the hire joins the company. With OrangeShark and its huge pool of talent specialists, companies will no longer have the need for an in-house hiring team.

About the internship

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients over the phone and email
2. Provide a breakdown of company services
3. Follow up with pre-existing leads; proactively make outbound calls

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or equivalent degree
2. Complete fluency in English
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
5. Excellent phone etiquette
6. Knowledge of B2B sales
7. Coachable; able to embrace learning new skills and ideas
