About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the products and services offered by the company
2. Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same
3. Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches
4. Updating the database with all the customer's information
5. Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them
6. Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently
7. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers
8. Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner
9. Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the telesales manager
10. Providing excellent customer service to the customers
11. Answering customers' questions in regard to products and services
12. Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations
13. Staying abreast with the latest trends in the industry

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of lead generated of converted order of total team incentive).
