We help set up HR functions where the function doesn't exist; improve the HR performance where the HR function is there but needs to perform better. For large organizations, we work on specific programs with the internal HR team to achieve the program success metrics.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Search on Google to find entire interior designers and architects based out of Gurgaon
2. Map them physically and visit min 5/day
3. Ensure to bring their mobile number and email id to send digital communication
4. Follow up calls to invite them after 15 days of mapping
5. Ensure 1 architect/id to visit after 30 days of mapping and follow up
6. Handle co-ordination with the team as an interface between customer and company during the sales process
