About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Presenting Solutions: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase how the company\'s products or services can solve the prospect\'s pain points
2. Relationship Building: Establish trust and build strong relationships with potential customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
3. Handling Objections: Address concerns and objections raised by prospects and provide solutions to overcome these barriers
4. Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and secure sales with qualified leads
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects and customers using a CRM system
6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management
8. Professional Development: Improve sales skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning opportunities

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 700000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of sales amount).
