About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with students and assist them in activities including onboarding, explaining offerings, validating requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and more through emails, phone calls, or web meetings
2. Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to understand the root cause and effectively communicate the analysis nature and status to clients
3. Process and accurately record all customer interactions and statuses in the CRM
4. Follow up and perform scheduled callbacks to customers as necessary
5. Keep up-to-date with training roadmap updates, features, releases, and enhancements
6. Exercise judgment and consideration in escalating priority items appropriately
7. Develop and track key metrics concerning customer retention, adoption, and placements

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 500 per sale).
