Mirayaana Designs Private Limited is the parent company of Baby Doe. Founded in 2022, Baby Doe is aimed to create comfortable stylish footwear for children. The main focus is on comfort, quality and style. As 2 mothers, we understand the struggle to find comfortable yet super trendy occasion wear shoes complimenting their dressy outfits, that's where we come to the rescue! With our experience of being new young mums, we found that there is a huge gap in the Indian market for baby & toddler shoes. We want to bring in a product that is of premium quality and super chic yet focuses on comfort for every special occasion.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the team with various marketing initiatives
2. Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues, upsell & cross-sell
3. Find & develop new markets and improve sales
4. Coordinate communication between all sales channels and warehouse
5. Assist in factory visits for sampling and product development
6. Record and consolidate document keeping for all sales reports
7. Assist in inventory management
