About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in promoting and selling travel packages, services, and destinations to potential customers.
2. Help generate new business opportunities by assisting in lead generation, outbound calls, and emails to prospects.
3. Support the sales team in preparing quotes, itineraries, and travel proposals for clients.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and following up on leads.
5. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities.
6. Assist in researching travel destinations, accommodations, and suppliers to ensure the best options for clients.
7. Support the team in coordinating travel bookings and reservations, ensuring all client details are correctly recorded.
8. Participate in meetings and training sessions to learn about new travel products, services, and industry trends.
9. Observe and assist in sales presentations and client meetings to gain experience in sales techniques.
10. Contribute to social media, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts to promote the company's travel offerings.
11. Help manage administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling, to support the sales team's daily operations.

We prefer candidates with prior travel knowledge or experience in the travel industry, as this will enable them to provide more informed guidance to clients.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (xe2x82xb9 50 per sale).
