About the internship

As a proof of concept, we are now opening up 3 modern & branded retail stores in Delhi NCR to sell electrical goods like home automation, decorative lighting, fans, switches & sockets, and home appliances (geysers, toasters, juicers, coolers, heaters, water purifiers, trimmers, air conditioners, etc.). Eventually, our intention is to open 100+ stores in the next 2 years across India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Selling these items at our modern stores
2. Keeping yourself thoroughly updated through training for these products, which shall be given by us
3. Managing the customer experience at the store with a courteous attitude and professional salesmanship

Who can apply

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 4 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of gross profit per sale).

Best performers will have a shot at getting ESOPs (shares) in the company when we launch multiple stores after 6 months.
