About the internship
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, or provide customer support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused attitude.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound & inbound calls: Make and receive calls to/from customers to provide information about products/services
2. Lead generation: Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through effective communication
3. Customer support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues with professionalism and efficiency
4. Follow-up: Maintain follow-up communication with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Record keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system
6. Sales targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
7. Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals
