About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with customers:

- Communicate with potential customers via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to understand their travel requirements and preferences.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our travel products, services, and packages.

- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and offering suitable solutions.

2. Customer service:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their expectations are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Sales analysis and reporting:

- Track sales activities, maintain accurate sales records, and generate reports on sales performance.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
