About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to assess their interests and career goals and recommending the most suitable event management courses
2. Engaging with leads via phone calls and emails to provide detailed information about course offerings and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
3. Implementing a structured follow-up strategy to reconnect with leads, reinforce the value of courses and encourage enrollment
4. Utilizing persuasive communication skills to convert leads into enrolled students by highlighting the benefits of programs and addressing any objections
5. Staying updated on all course details including curriculum pricing and career opportunities to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students
6. Maintaining and updating records of interactions with leads in the CRM system to track progress and manage follow-up activities effectively
7. Gathering feedback from students and leads to improve counseling approach and course offerings
8. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop strategies
