Key Responsibilities:
1. Market research: Identify potential buyers for land in Bangalore.
2. Networking: Utilize existing networks and connections with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to promote and sell properties.
3. Communication: Effectively communicate with potential clients and maintain professional relationships.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in real estate is mandatory.
2. Networking: Must have a strong network with HNIs.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Note:
1. Location: Bangalore
2. Stipend: Rs. 30,000 (paid upon successful completion of the internship)
3. Duration: Until the completion of 1 sales target
4. Start date: Immediately
Additional Information:
1. Travel: No reimbursement will be provided for travel expenses.
2. Stipend: The stipend of Rs. 30,000 will be disbursed only after the successful completion of the internship, contingent upon achieving the sales target.
