About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales and Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for "The Whole Truth" within Cult gym centers, engaging with gym members and selling the products. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive product awareness and achieve sales target
2. Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with gym members, gym management, and staff to foster brand loyalty and increase repeat sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering samples, and product recommendations based on individual needs
3. Product Merchandising: Ensure that product displays and shelves are well-stocked, visually appealing, and accurately priced. Collaborate with gym management to optimize product placement and create eye-catching displays to attract customer attention
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales report and analyze the data, including product performance and customer preferences
5. Collaborative Efforts: Provide feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions to improve product offerings and develop effective marketing strategies

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated ).
