About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facilitate property rentals by linking property owners, agents, and potential tenants.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring prompt fulfillment of their needs.
3. Schedule and oversee property viewings, acting as the go-to person between stakeholders.
4. Keep updated with market trends and client preferences to provide personalized property options.
5. Manage inventory and records using cutting-edge tools like Monday.com and WATI.

1. Proven experience in customer service or the real estate industry is preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Familiarity with Instagram and ManyChat is advantageous.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of commission on every sale).
