About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential leads through proactive methods like market research and networking
2. Initiate sales conversations by reaching out to prospects via emails, phone calls, and networking events
3. Establish a sales pipeline by qualifying leads according to company criteria
4. Present and demonstrate the company\'s products/services to potential clients
5. Tailor solutions to meet client needs after understanding their requirements
6. Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining consistent communication with clients and addressing inquiries
7. Strategize and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
8. Close deals by negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts effectively
9. Collaborate with the sales team to monitor progress and predict sales projections
10. Contribute to marketing campaigns for enhanced brand awareness and lead generation
11. Assist in creating marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and digital content
12. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
13. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to refine sales and marketing strategies

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 1000 per sale).
