Deliverables
1. Addressing all enquires on social media handles, WhatsApp, emails, and customer support numbers
2. Converting leads to sale closures
3. Intimating coaches in a timely manner for consultation and onboarding clients
4. Ensuring payment confirmation for all closed deals
5. Working on weekly and monthly reports
6. Maintaining and managing lead information files
7. Negotiating deals with clients based on approved margins
