About Baaz

Baaz helps retail brands & stores transform boring & traditional eCommerce stores into interactive ones with a no-code SaaS tool. E-commerce today is no longer enough for customers in its current shape and form. The online shopping experience hasn't improved much, lacks trust, emotional connect & is very transactional. It is still predominantly dependent on photos, texts & searches. It is becoming increasingly expensive for businesses to run their online stores due to low conversion rates, fewer engagements, and low-profit margins. Selling online is no longer the ideal solution. Simply put, it is very inefficient. This is a huge global problem.

At Baaz, we are combining traditional eCommerce and interactive storytelling. In essence, we're rethinking the entire online shopping experience from the ground up keeping trust, storytelling, and a superior shopping experience at the center. We're transforming traditional eCommerce stores into interactive ones with just a click of a button.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning about the product in detail during hands-on product training
2. Finding relevant prospects in the Indian retail market across fashion, lifestyle, home decor, and jewelry categories
3. Converting prospects into hot leads and closing deals with them daily
4. Entering the details of the leads into CRM software to keep track of the progress and updating them regularly
5. Passing on the closed deals to the operations team for customer delivery
6. Refining the sales pitch regularly to improve closures
7. Creating one-pagers and other sales collaterals to convince customers
