We have been operational for less than a year and exciting projects in 3D engineering design, high fidelity simulation for high-impact clients across India. About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting & working on lead generation through digital and field meetings (we will provide support and grooming)
2. Presenting our solutions to prospects
3. Creating proposals & driving commercial discussion
4. Working on deal closure

Who can apply:

1. Dynamic individual with a creative approach to business generation and the ability to generate leads and build relationships
2. Preference - Candidates with good knowledge of engineering design, simulation software used in automotive, aerospace, drones, EVs and Smart 3D Design in infrastructure
3. Civil and/or mechanical engineers or allied fields with knowledge of software like CATIA, UG NX, ABAQUS, ANSYS, BENTLEY, REVIT or related software exposure

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 2000 per sale).
