About The Family Member

The Family Member is a healthcare venture working towards home healthcare, preventive healthcare, and senior citizen care. We are the official thyrocare partner for preventive laboratory. We develop various clusters or groups of societies and provide various home healthcare services to the residents. We generally work through various societies and corporate campaigns. Our services include nursing care, patient care, senior citizen care, laboratory, physiotherapy, doctor consultancy, emergency medical response, and preventive care program for families.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Receive inquiry calls or leads and convert them into sales
2. Visit places of inquiries and meet potential customers
3. Provide company information to potential customers
4. Work on customer relationships and problem solving
5. Work on cross selling of various products to the customers
6. Coordinate with various departments on an ongoing basis
7. Give inputs to the digital media and marketing team about trends
8. Ensure telephonic availability from morning to night
