We are looking for a Business Development- Sales to join our Real Estate team.

The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

The position offers an in-hand salary of 18000-20000k fixed basic + 15k on 1 sale upto 5 lakh incentive on sales closures of properties.

OWN VEHICLE IS MANDATORY FOR BOYS.

FOR GIRLS NO VEHICLE REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:

Close sales through various methods like calling on data/leads , presentations walk-in clients on Projects visits.

Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Bike/own vehicle is mandatory for boys not for girls.

Should be immediate joiner.

Fresher/ experience both can apply.

Male/ Female both can apply.

Familiarity with different sales techniques we can consider.

Any previous sales experience also can apply.
