Role Summary:
We're hiring a
Business Development & Sales Executive
who can drive growth by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering digital solutions. You'll be
handling client calls, setting up meetings, and closing deals
in collaboration with our technical and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle
inbound and outbound client calls
.
Understand client needs & coordinate with the technical team.
Maintain strong client relationships & drive conversions.
Schedule and follow up on meetings with clients, stakeholders & project managers.
Maintain
CRM, databases, and tracking systems
.
Support with proposals, quotes, and documentation.
Achieve monthly targets & contribute to sales strategy.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills - English, Hindi, Marathi.
Familiarity with
MS Office, Gmail, Google Workspace.
Telephonic etiquette and time management.
1+ year experience in sales / BD / telecalling preferred (Freshers with excellent communication can apply).
Basic understanding of IT/software services is a plus.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing / BBA / Commerce).
Proactive, self-driven & solution-oriented attitude.
